The programme is open to second-generation students with Bulgarian heritage who are currently studying at a university abroad or have recently graduated. Knowledge of Bulgarian is not required.
A current student or recent graduate with at least one parent of Bulgarian origin, studying or living abroad.
IT, marketing, finance, engineering, design, business, and many others.
Internships can be conducted in English.
The foundation organises a series of joint activities so that interns can meet each other, exchange experiences, and begin building strong connections that will last well beyond the end of summer.
Start of summer — introduction of all interns and companies.
Informal gatherings for the exchange of experiences, questions, and friendships.
A visit to 2–3 leading Bulgarian companies within one Friday.
Vitosha, Veliko Tarnovo, or another destination — together outside the office.
Final gathering at the end of summer — reflection, sharing, and next steps.

Four steps from interest to a real internship. The foundation acts as an intermediary and coordinator — contracts and terms are directly between you and the company.
CV, a brief motivation statement, and preferred positions to mechta@neumorimite.org. The foundation holds a brief 15-minute call with each candidate.
Selected profiles are sent to suitable companies. The foundation does not manage contracts or legal matters.
The company conducts an interview and makes the final decision. Terms are agreed directly. The foundation does not guarantee an internship — the decision rests with the company.
June – September 2026. Minimum 4 weeks. Mentorship, real tasks, and joint activities with other interns. Mid-point and final surveys to assess the experience.
